2. Cancellation Timeframes and Fees
2.1 Cancellations More Than Two Months Before Scheduled Service
Cancellations made more than two months before the scheduled delivery date of service will not incur any fee.
2.2 Cancellations Within Two Months of Scheduled Service
Cancellations made within two months, but more than one month before the scheduled delivery date of service will incur a 25% fee of the total service cost.
2.3 Cancellations Within One Month of Scheduled Service
Cancellations made within one month of the scheduled delivery date of service will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost.
3. Cancellation Process
To cancel a scheduled service:
- Contact our customer service team as soon as possible via email
- Provide your order details and the reason for cancellation
- Our team will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 2 business days
- We will process your cancellation and inform you of any applicable fees within 5 business days
4. Refunds for Cancelled Services
If you have pre-paid for the service:
- For cancellations that do not incur a fee, we will process a full refund
- For cancellations that incur a fee, we will process a refund of the remaining amount after deducting the cancellation fee
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of confirming the cancellation. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
5. Exceptions
OTRT reserves the right to review cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances. Any consideration for fee reduction or waiver will be at the sole discretion of OTRT management. Clients are encouraged to contact us promptly if they believe their situation warrants special consideration.
